Ok heres how to save Lance!

Before you talk to the retard at the malibu, get a PCJ 600! Then go talk to the guy in the malibu, from there take your vehicle and get to the junk yard in Little Haiti. When your at the alley that leads to the yard, get about halfway into the alley hop off your bike and use a ruger to blow up the car thats blocking up the entrance. That should kill most of the men around the car. Then hop back on your bike and fire at any guys that survived. Then proceed further into the yard killing guys that are firing at you(stay on the bike while firing). After killing what you think is all the people. Make sure you take out the guy on the crane. Then get on your bike again and move towards the hangar where Lance is being held. Kill the gaurds and the guy inside. Get off the bike and talk to Lance. After you've talked and hes following you, go to the side of the hanger and get into the parked Sentinal. Drive out of the yard and to the hospital; (pink marker on map) watch out for the guys chasing you. Theres not much help I can give you about the guys chasing you, but it should be easy to drive to the hospital. I've done it many times and its the easiest part of the mission.
